- Our 6-week BOOT CAMP offers guided, structured workouts once a week to benefit cyclists of all ages and abilities! SAVE by registering for the entire series. Single classes are also available.
This challenging, multi-week session will help you get faster and stronger this winter. The January session focuses on building riders power and speed with structured interval training.
Series 2: Jan 6th - February 10th
All classes are between 60-90 minutes.
