Description:
A class geared for women riders of all ability levels. This coach-led class will focus on aerobic conditioning and developing more power and speed on the bike. Improve your fitness while refining skills during this power based session. The 75-90 minute class will offer a variety of course & workout options from week to week. You may register for 4 consecutive classes in February for only $70 or a single session for $20.
