Our NEW Functional strength class involves whole-body strength exercises designed to train the specific movements involved in cycling and running. This 60-min class will include a warm-up followed by a strength circuit and targeted CORE training.

Description:
Cycling BOOT CAMP offers guided, structured workouts once a week to benefit cyclists of all ages and abilities. This challenging, multi-week session will help you get faster and stronger. The Feb-March camp will focus on building power at threshold with structured interval training. Series 3: Feb 16th - March 23rd All classes are between 60-90 minutes.
