- Description:
- Cycling BOOT CAMP offers guided, structured workouts once a week to benefit cyclists of all ages and abilities. This challenging, multi-week session will help you get faster and stronger. The Feb-March camp will focus on building power at threshold with structured interval training.
Series 3: Feb 16th - March 23rd
All classes are between 60-90 minutes.

[7:00pm] Time Trial Training Series
- Description:
- The SERIES if FULL but we do have a few drop-in slots available on the 23rd. This series repeats in APRIL. Get ready for Time Trial season. This power-based Computrainer series will focus on techniques to improve your time trial performance, with special emphasis on time trial pacing. Session will run for 3 consecutive weeks with an initial power test on your TT bike.
