These POWER based classes offer a variety of courses & workout options from week to week. March's focus will be on building power and speed with workouts structured to develop time trial and climbing power. All classes are 75-90 minute and include coaching and details on every interval. Description:
Cycling BOOT CAMP offers guided, structured workouts once a week to benefit cyclists of all ages and abilities. This challenging, multi-week session will help you get faster and stronger. The Feb-March camp will focus on building power at threshold with structured interval training. Series 3: Feb 16th - March 23rd All classes are between 60-90 minutes.
