Description:
Sign up for single day or the remaining 4 weeks of the series(March8-29th) and save $10. Indoor coached workouts on your bike that give you all you need to improve dramatically in a short amount of time. This class will begin with a 40~45 minute warmup in the CompuTrainer Studio (bring your road bike & shoes), then transition to the multi-purpose studio for 30 min of core work & end with stretching.

Description:
