The CompuTrainer Multi-Rider Center
As a Multi-Rider Center we offer GROUP bike training and racing. It's a great way to motivate yourself, train with others, and have fun too. We offer both coach-led workouts on weekday evenings or OPEN ride sessions. Up to 8 riders at a time ride the same course or workout and challenge one another. During the winter months, when the road conditions and darkness force you indoors you can still finish that long ride on your training plan! Two-person groups can utilize the multi-rider display features during the ride to keep an eye on their spin cycle power performance to train to achieve a even power distribution over the full pedal spin circle. As coaches, we can work with you to help you achieve this.
Be sure to check out the new Power Conditioning Classes for March. We now offer this coach led class on Wednesday's at 4:30 and 6:30pm, plus Thursday's at 5:30pm.
Get ready for Time Trial Season with our challenging Time Trial Training Series for March. This power-based Computrainer series will focus on techniques to improve your time trial performance, with special emphasis on time trial pacing. Sessions will run for 3 consecutive weeks with an initial power test on your TT bike.
LOOK for our SPRING SKILLS Clinics in APRIL. Road Cycling 101 provides an introduction to Group riding. We work on thefundementals of how to ride with others on the road -- riding close to others safetly and comfortably, drafting, riding a paceline and other fundamentals. In addition, we offer workout times for you or your club. Your group can do their own workouts OR Peak to Peak Training can build a personalized training plan. All sessions can be scheduled for 60-90 minutes.
Directions for signing up on-line:
- We strongly encourage you to pre-register online at least 3 hours in advance of the start of the the training session or class.
- Using your mouse or key pad, left click the Training Center Schedule button found on both this page & the Home page of this website.
- Look for the class or training session you are interested in doing on the calendar. Once found with your cursor, left click that class. A new window will open with a full class description.
- At the top of that new window, you will see - in bold letters - Register For This Session, or if also offered as a series and you wish to purchase the whole series, please left click - Register For This Series
- After choosing your registration option & left clicking that option, you will then be given the opportunity to purchase that slot or multi-session package via Pay-Pal or the credit card of your choice. You may only reserve your ride slot by first purchasing it. No refunds on ride time-slots will be allowed unless you call the studio at least 8 hours in advance of the time-slot you purchased.
Personal Training Studio & Multi-purpose Room
Personal Training Looking to rev-up your conditioning program? Or just need some guidance for your off-season program? Personal Training Sessions for individuals or small groups are available. Testing Center Peak to Peak Training Systems is excited to offer performance testing. Lactate Threshold testing, Power Profiles, predicted VO2max, Spin-Scan Pedal Stroke Analysis, and Heart-rate & Power Zone assessments are available. In addition, we also offer Electromyography evaluations for determining more complicated pedaling or pain related issues during riding. All testing will be done by appointment only.
