Peak to Peak to Peak Training Systems was founded in 1995. It began with two clients. Since then Peak to Peak has exploded with growth. Our athletes have earned senior and masters categories, and an additional 29 National Championship medals. In addition to able bodied athletes, we have helped disabled bodied athletes earn 1 Para-Olympic Gold and 1 Disabled World Championship Bronze medal. We provide the coaching for several teams, including RMCEFracing/Westside's Cycling Team and the Rocky Mountain Cycling Education Foundation, one of the most successful junior programs coming out of the state of Colorado. We have helped 8 different riders named to World Championship teams both on and off road and have had 4 athletes placed in the Olympic Training Centers resident athlete-training program. In our 13 year period of existence, Peak to Peak Training Systems has also turned out over a dozen professional cyclists, all of whom began with Peak to Peak to Peak Training Systems ranked no higher than a category 2 racer.
As we continue to develop and expand into other endurance sports we will continue to focus on what has made us successful.
Every staff member of Peak to Peak Training Systems has a thorough background in sport science and endurance sports. We are not your prototype physiologists, who write training programs. We are athletes, and we understand real world conditions. We understand what it takes to win races, bridge gaps, and sit in the gutter. As coaches, we have the ability to apply knowledge and think outside the box. It is this application of knowledge that creates success within our program. There far too many coaches that only create canned programs and too many ex-pro riders that will tell you what worked for them. It is the blend of both science, experiences and effort that we feel separate us from other coaches. Our goal at Peak to Peak Training Systems is too not only to train, but teach.

| Brad Barber,Applied Kinesiolgy, Massage Therapist |
|
 |
For years Brad has worked in the bike industry, both retail and wholesale. While enjoying (and selling) the health benefits of cycling, he always looked for ways to enhance his performance on the bike and overall fitness. Massage fit the bill. Not only did it help him recover after long rides, but he also discovered how much it kept his body functioning in top condition before rides, allowing him to ride further, faster, and harder. Brad graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts (06), specializing in sports rehabilitation and function-no fluff and buff here! Applied Kinesiology (A.K.) using acupressure is his newest passion, helping to open up the body on an energy level that allows deeper work and at the same time being less invasive.
Brad's goal is to help you achieve the best functioning body for whatever sport you love. A happy healthy body is a body that’s taken care of. While the how’s and why’s of massage may seem like some deep mystical secret, the simple fact is massage works. Give Brad a call at 720 841 5417 to schedule an appointment.
