He has served as Clinical Instructor for the University of New Mexico, and as Clinical Director for various medical and rehabilitation practices. Lee was the administrator of Pikes Peak Pain Professionals, where he led a team of medical and ancillary professionals in the treatment of pain conditions for clients from across the United States. His background also includes the evaluation and treatment of sports and orthopaedic conditions, as well as a unique expertise in bio mechanical analysis. As consultant to Peak to Peak Training Systems, Lee currently uses his innovative therapy, conditioning and bio mechanical concepts to improve the performance of elite, Olympic and professional athletes.

The Tyler Hamilton Foundation: The Tyler Hamilton Foundation is dedicated to promoting health and personal empowerment through cycling. We join Tyler in his efforts to support the growth of junior cycling, as well as research for a cure of Multiple Sclerosis and inspire those who are affected by it. 

American Cycling Association: The Bicycle Racing Association of Colorado's attention to the growth and development of junior aged cycling is unmatched by any other organization in our region.  It promotes the sport of bicycle racing by hosting local and regional competitions, coordinating club activities to insure a full season of scheduled bicycle racing .

USA Cycling: USA Cycling is the official cycling organization recognized by the USOC and is responsible for identifying, training and selecting cyclists to represent the United States in international competitions.  They also have established coaching, mechanics and officials education and certifications that have yet to be matched in the competitive cycling industry.
