Online" training & coaching? By training online you and your coach will have access to your training 24 hours a day. This will allow your coach to customize your schedule and monitor your progress via hrm or power meter downloads in conjunction with daily training logs. However, we understand that web based tools can not replace an experienced professional coach. We emphasize that communication, whether by email, phone, personal meeting or ride are key components to the experience and relationship established between the coach and athlete.
Our professional coaching staff has extensive knowledge and experience of cycling, nutrition, personal training, sports physiology, and strategy for both able & disabled bodied athletes. In addition we frequently consult with health care professionals familiar with cycling and multi-sport issues such as MD's, physical therapists and sports psychologists.
