Professional Bicycle Fitting is available to cyclists of all abilities, multi-sport & time-trial specialists, as well as cyclo-cross & mountain bikers. The system we use is based on comfort, performance and efficiency with regard to each riders physical characteristics including spatial acuity, muscle coordination, flexibility, strength, current or past injuries, body dimension, and rider equipment preferences.
P2P 3D Fit: $200 to include the following:
-Detailed personal profile interview.
-Functional movement screen
-Pre-fit assessment of your current riding position
-3-planar adjustments (1=horizontal/length reach adjustment, 2=vertical/height seat adjustment, 3=frontal area adjustment)
*This DOES NOT include the cost of needed bars, stems, seat, seat posts, shims, shoes, or the installation by Westside Cycles.*
Pedal/cleat adjustment(Includes verus/valgus cleat shimming as necessary for pedaling alignment)
Professional Bike Fit: $250 to include the 3D Fit PLUS the following
-Performance data pre and post bike adjustments including CompuTrainer analyis.
-Spin-Scan assessment. This allows us to determine ideal position throughout varying power resistance levels.
Professional Build Fit: $300
For individuals who are trying to decide which size standard factory built bicycle to purchase, or are having a professionally custom built bicycle frame tailored to their needs. The cyclist’s position is determined using a Serotta Size Cycle with an attached CompuTrainer module, allowing us to determine a proper position throughout varying power resistance levels using the Spin Scan assessment function. Once the Professional Build Fit is determined, all measurements are then transferred to the new bicycle, down to the millimeter
Factory Build Fit for CUSTOM: $325 includes the following
- All assessment options of the Professional Bike Fit along with size specific order form & communication to the supplier (specific bike shop) for the correct size of frame, length of stem, width of bar, height of seat, etc.
-Adjustment of bicycle after arrival of bike & specific partso
-This DOES NOT include the cost of additionally needed bars, stems, seat, seat posts, shims, shoes, or the installation by Westside Cycles.
Pro-Custom Build Fit: $350 to include the following
Includes all assessment options of the Factory Build Fit
-Size specific CAD report form & communication to the specific frame builder for the correct size & dimensions of frame, length of stem, width of bar, height of seat, etc.
-Adjustment of bicycle after arrival of bike & specific parts
-This DOES NOT include the cost of additionally needed bars, stems, seat, seat posts, shims, shoes, or the installation by Westside Cycles.

George began his career in the shoe industry working with runners, mountain bikers, multi-sport and cyclists in 1986. His fondness for cycling eventually took him into the cycling industry as a fit specialist. George is Serotta & Specialized Fit Certified, and has developed his own approach to bicycle positioning through consultations with Back on Track Physical Therapy's Kevin Younger (MPT, CTI, STC). Understanding that a good bicycle fit is based not just on dimensional factors such as bone structure and length, George's system takes into account cycling dicipline, comfort, muscle coordination, flexibilty & strength standards, as well as equipment preferences. He does fitting to currently owned bicycles, standard factory sizing as well as helping to develope custom designed framesets for professional builders. George has fit all levels of athlete-cyclists: beginner to competative national champions and professionals.
