We are excited to welcome a new coaching program here at Peak to Peak Training Systems built specifically for distance runners! Based on a running club atmosphere, we hope to be able to offer advice, coaching & motivation to every level of running athlete through our quad-level approach (listed below). Pricing for these packages are not quite determined - so please stay tuned for updated information.
Club/Coaching Philosophy: Our club believes in a comprehensive approach to training where runners of all ages, abilities and goals can come together to run. This will not only help our athletes’ performances, but also optimize their training, increase their enjoyment of the sport and transfer over into their daily life.

Coach: Ashley Anderson M.A. Sport & Performance Psychology, USATF Level I Certified Coach
- 4 year Division I cross country and track athlete at Central Michigan University
- Athlete on the Runners Roost Race Team & actively involved in the Metro Denver running scene
- Currently training for the 2012 women’s marathon Olympic Trials
- Believes that athletics is a powerful portal and has a passion for coaching and helping athletes to achieve their dreams.
How Our Club Works: After reviewing your existing training and current goals, you will be provided with a customized running schedule and training plan. You will then have the option to attend weekly coach lead workouts and run with other runners of similar goals and abilities. In addition, you will have access to a Training Peaks online journal where you can document your training, track your progress and receive feedback from your coach.

Program Details: Winter Kick off Program Nov 1st-Feb. 14th
Between the brutal weather and holiday season, we all know the winter months can be pretty rough for training. Therefore, the Winter Session is focused on providing motivation and support for winter training and helping you maintain all the fitness you acquired during the summer and fall. It is also perfect for training for a winter race or helping you to building up your base for the spring season.
Thursday 6:00 PM- Train your body & mind off the road.
Saturday 8:00 AM- Group long runs. Don’t run your long run alone!

#4. The Strider: Not sure if you can commit to the full session, but want to attend some group runs or workouts? We offer a $15 Pay-per session, so come check us out!
